Eight Months Old!!

You are growing up SOO fast. We love you soo much and you make us smile ALL of the time. This has been a big month for you! You are now crawling, pulling up on everything and moving from side to side and you said you first word (Dada)! I was happy even though it was not mama : ). You are saying LOTS of consonant-vowel sounds including ne ne, ga ga, da da. You know how to patty cake and continue to play peek a boo and clap. You got your first two teeth this month too! Whew...lots of firsts! You are eating brunch with a fruit and oatmeal and usually a whole packet of veggies at night. You love drinking water from a straw sippy cup that your brother taught you how to use. You are wearing all size 12 months clothes now and you are still in size 3 diapers. You are wearing size 3 shoes. You absolutely adore everything that your brother does and you want all of his toys. You especially love his trampoline. You have been eating puffs this month too and love the strawberry/beet flavored ones the best. You also LOVE avocados and sweet potatoes that I cook.

Some photos with mama's pearls.

 Doing baby push ups!

A picture of your first teeth! They both came in at the same time!

When you stood up in your crib for the first time!

You were soo proud!

Your brother loves to bring you ALL of your toys from the play room. I need to emphasize the MORE part...he does not just bring you one. He has to bring them all so that you are not missing anything : )

He brought so many that he covered you up! lol. I had to intervene at this point.

You also went to your first camp meeting this month. This is you modeling your new outfit before one of the nightly services.

Standing on your brother's trampoline...your favorite!

I fall more in love with you everyday and God has certainly blessed our family with two beautifully perfect children. I am thankful and looking forward the mother daughter relationship that I pray we will have in years to come. We love you Sadie!!
