1 Year Old!!

I may or not be crying while I am typing this post : ). You, Sadie, are an amazing little girl. God has protected you from the time that you were still being formed and I know it is because He has BIG things planned for you. We are love you so much. I am so thankful that the Lord protected you and gave us this beautiful baby girl. You have grown so much! From this little bitty 4 lb 14 oz baby I was cuddling and praying over in the NICU to this beautiful toddler! Your personality it definitely different than you brothers. You are into everything and everywhere, but I love it! You and Lucas definitely have an amazing bond already, and I am so glad. I love watching it develop. You adore everything that he does, and he wants you to be around all of the time. He is constantly asking "Where is Sadie" if you are not in the same room. You are happy and are so smart like your brother. You are saying "bye bye" and waving. Also, "amen" and love it when I sing "If You're Happy and You Know It." You say mama and dada. You are walking some, but prefer crawling. Wearing 12-18 month clothes and size 4 diapers and size 3-4 shoes. You can follow simple commands like "Go get your baby." You shake your head "no." You DO NOT like to be told No however. You have the most pitiful look and poke out your bottom lip and start crying when we tell you know. You are becoming a Daddy's girl I believe and love to love on him. This year has been amazing. It has definitely taught me more about love, patience, and how good God really is. My heart is overflowing from the goodness of God and for Him allowing me to have a beautiful boy and girl.

Thankful for another healthy doctor visit. Unfortunately, you had to get ALOT of shots this time. You were pitiful, and I hate it when you and Lucas have to get shots. You did well though with a little mama loving. Your one year old stats were:

 Weight: 19 lbs 6.5 oz (44%)

Height:   28.7" (32%)

Body Mass: 16.56 kg/m2

Head Circumference: 44.3 cm (32%)

Sadie, I pray for the Lord to give your Daddy and me wisdom every day to raise you and Lucas to the best of our ability. You make it so easy though. I never knew how much joy being a mama was until after I had you and Lucas. You are so special. I pray you always follow God's will and I will do my best to help lead you the best that I can!
